Most everything is great. My only constructive comment is it is hard to believe that one can schedule a regular interval servicing at 8;15 in the morning and it takes some "effort" to get the work done by the end of the day. There is an implicit expectation from the customer that when an early morning appointment is booked, the work will be done that day. If there is a risk of that not happening, that should be disclosed at the time the appointment is booked, not upon arrival at the dealership to drop off the car. Kevin did a great job of insuring my work was completed that day, but that should be the standard, not a chance.
