Took my 2012 Q5 in for its 45000 miles service and decided to trade in and up . It was easier than shopping at a retail merchandise store. Was warmly greeted and attended to. All questions and requests met. The wait on the final product was worth it. The salesman, the manager and all involved made the experience even better than my first purchase in 2014.
