I own a 2012 Q5 which I purchased new at your dealership. My oil light has recently been appearing to indicate I need to add 1 qt of oil. I brought the car in for a check up in Nov 2016 and then again in Jan 2017 to test the oil situation and it was determined that after just 83k miles, my engine pistons and piston rings need replacing. The warranty that was presented and sold to me at your dealership turns out to be a Fidelity warranty that has wording to specifically outline that piston engine repairs are not covered and determined that this was normal wear and tear. I was quoted $7k for this fix. This surprising news was given to me after my car was in your service dept for 5 days (on the second visit). I felt zero compassion from the service professional assisting me. He actually giggled when I said I was happy I opted for the extended warranty and he answered with a giggle that this likely wouldn't be covered. I was also not offered a loaner, even though I asked at 3 different instances for one. Up to this point, I have had a pleasant experience at your dealership and with your service personnel. I just love my car and am very disappointed to learn of my engine issues. I am now in a predicament of looking for a new car, when I still haven't finished paying for the current one. I am also in the predicament of looking for an honest company to sell me an extended warranty that will assist when something like this occurs. I unfortunately will not be purchasing another Audi and again am disappointed in the life span, customer service and warranty that I received at your dealership.

Scott is a peoples person and is very professional. Even though I had a high ticket maintenance issue that I wasn't happy about. He made it a pleasant experience and was very helpful! This was very much appreciated! He definitely made me feel good and appreciated as a customer at Jim Ellis Audi!

Very expensive for a glorified oil change and factory recall replacement. Service rep and scheduling did not communicate that I was coming in from out of town, needed a loaner, and that it was to be completed same day
