I must say from the very first time, I came into your Audi dealership in Marietta, Ga. was awesome. Mr. Tim Brooks took very good care of me and my car. He was knowledgeable about everything, I wanted to know and need to about the 2013 Audi A6. He keep me posted on everything that was going with car and he did an outstanding job all around. Have say Thank you so Mr. Tim Brooks for an outstanding job for me.

Vehicle was schedule for routine maintenance on 12/28. However vehicle would not start and had to be towed in to shop 12/21. Issue was due to recall but parts were not able to be obtained until 1/3. No loaners were available the entire time to accommodate. Upon speaking to my service consultant about the recall i also explained that i was having an issue with my rear moon roof visor which he explained they would take a look at. Car was ready for pick up 1/5. When i picked the vehicle up the recall issue had been taken care of along with my Routine Maintenance but my Moon-roof had not been looked at. Service consultant explained that he had my information and that he would follow up to get me back in and take a look at my moon-roof but has yet to follow up.
