Type of Car Purchased: 2017 Audi A4 Quattro I had not purchased a new car in over 16 years just due to not having good experiences with dealerships in the past. Not the case with Jim Ellis Audi, Marrietta!!! From day one, everyone I dealt with were professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with!! From the Luke our salesman, to Scott the sales manager, to Tony the business manager...wow what a great TEAM! Already looking forward to coming back when it is time for my wife to look for a new vehicle.

This was a special case. I normally have a wonderful experience at Audi, but this time...not so much. I dropped my car off during the week for a diagnostic. Turned out that I needed a new water pump; I allowed Audi to also change the timing belt, even though I'd had that done at another (non-Audi) location 2 years earlier. I was quoted $2250. When I spoke to my service manager after approving the cost, I was told that the computer updated the prices for some parts, so my price should actually be higher. Thanks to some finagling with a contact at another Audi dealership, I didn't pay the increased price--I actually got a discount. Price notwithstanding, it took a full week for Audi to get the parts and do the repair, and I was less than impressed that information about my car was delivered via text, rather than a phone call. For car services--especially costly repairs--a phone conversation backed up with email is the most professional (and really only acceptable) way to go. Overall, I love this dealership and the service team. There's just a bit of work that should be done in the areas of communication about the vehicle and timeliness in completing services. Oh, and the customer should never be told that there's a price mix-up/inconsistency in what they were told vs. what's in the computer. The right thing to do is just work with management to fix the error and not let the customer know about the discrepancy.

The entire Jim Ellis staff was Awesome very warm and welcoming throughout my visits and during my purchase experience. My sales representative Joseph was very knowledgeable and friendly, he made my car buying experience very pleasant. Raymond in finance worked very hard to ensure I received the best possible interest rate. Raymond was very friendly and took time to understand my needs. My technology instructor provided me with hands on training to help me become comfortable with my vehicle.

Was not satisfied. 1. I arranged a courtesy car - it was not available, so I was inconvenienced even though I had a reservation. 2. Was told my car would be ready around 12:30. At 3pm, I called to learn it would be 5.
