This service visit was excellent because Scott S. is a true professional who cares about his customers. However, when I needed a proof of trade-in document, it took me 4 phone calls over 2 months to get someone to respond. I only received a response after I emailed the VP of the dealership.

Received a phone call a few days later (weather conditions were not good). Arrived to pickup vehicle and was in and out in minutes again. Love the service.
