I was very disappointed with my customer service experience from my Audi Q5. The communication was poor, the feedback was inconsistent, and my service provider (Kevin F.) almost never returned my communication. Not only will I not be returning to Jim Ellis in the future, but I will share the news with friends about my personal experience. I was extremely disappointed.

As always Jim Ellis Audi provides top notch service. The area is always clean and every employee there is polite, courteous and extremely helpful as you walk in. Scott Spagnoli is a great & very professional service advisor and has serviced my Audi since I purchased it from Jim Ellis Audi. I felt confident with my Audi A6 in his care in making sure everything was taken care of involving my 25,000 service and the handling of the Electric Coolant Pump Software recall.
