Purchasing the vehicle off of my Audi Financial lease was a cluster F at the dealership.... I was there for over 2 hours waiting to write a check!

Ron is always thorough, proactive, and responsive. It's unsettling when you have car issues. He's reassuring and creditable in his explanation and service.

Service was excellent. Ron was very friendly and I appreciate that the other service consultants help when your assigned consultant is busy. My only suggestion would be to wash the loaner cars. While it is GREATLY appreciated that you offer loaner cars, my loaner interior windshield was filthy. It was the same loaner I had several months ago and took a damp napkin to wipe the drivers side interior windshield back then. I can tell it still hasn't been cleaned as I can still see where I wiped it last time.

I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment time. The service representative greeted me and immediately took my car back for the required work. He was very courteous, escorted me around the facility, kept me updated on the progress of the service and I was out much sooner than expected.

Very friendly people and no pressure to purchase. The day I purchased my car was very busy and it took quite a while to complete the sale with the business office. My only complaint.

My A6 had lingering brakes problem that had been going on for a year. Finally JE was able to acknowledge the issue and fixed it. The staff was very helpful. He also arranged the shuttle. The shuttle driver is very courteous. The tech worked very hard trying to get the job done although they had to go across town to get the parts. With the amount of effort JE did to fix my car, I will never take my car to another dealer for a repair. JE gave a superb service to their customers.
