I had been to service with few of my car issues. Not really resolved all the issues. When I had been there first time they told me that I do not have CPO on my car. But actually I had CPO program but there system is not up to date. I lost my one day and I had to reschedule an appointment. And for the second time, Out of 4 to 5 issues they resolved only one issue with my car AC component got malfunctioned and replaced it under warranty. And for the other major issue with the check engine light - crank case pressure valve, they told that it cannot be covered under warranty as its broken. When I consult other authorized AUDI service provider, they clearly mentioned that there is no damage to it. instead they told its fault with the crank case.

I purchase my 2016 Audi A3 in September. This was my first service experience. My adviser Kevin Eldridge was very friendly and informative. Kevin let me know that it would take about an hour and a half to service my car. I had a great experience until I received my car back. I received the complimentary car wash and the car was clean with one problem: it smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't appreciate the interior smelling like smoke since it's a brand new car and I don't smoke at all. I didn't tell Kevin because I was in a rush to get back home, but I was disappointed in receiving my car in that condition.
