Kevin was outstanding as my service consultant. However, I would have liked to have known how much it would cost to get my interior roof lining re-attached (more than I would have thought). Bigger issue however is that I needed the center console cigarette lighter/power outlet replaced (Kevin was amazing helping with this issue) (referring to the outlet by the ashtray not under the armrest is the storage area) and now the ashtray cover won't stay open. This is a problem for me as I keep the ashtray cover open at all times to keep a carphone charger/stand plugged in to this outlet and I keep my spare change in the ashtray. I waited until the holidays to bring my car in due to my work schedule and now I am too busy again to bring my car back to get this screw-up dealt with so I want this noted to be fixed the next time I have to bring the car in for service. I guess I will just have to deal with it until then . . . . .

The dealership was just okay. This was my first visit to this location and found the customer waiting area is very small and uncomfortable compare to the last dealership (Lexus) I experienced. The staff was friendly but when I arrived no one one was there to greet me and let me know where to go. I had to ask for assistance. Once I found someone service was okay.

My service advisor Tim Brooks never called me to go over details or that my car was ready. I found out that my car was ready by calling at the end of the day on Monday. Additionally, one of my blowers for my heat still does not work, but I did not want to go thru the hassle all over again with getting a loaner and waiting for my car to get fixed. I just bought this car from Audi March 2016. I've already had to get a new engine and now having blower problems. How did this car ever get certified????
