Excellent service both with communication and repair. Ron was terrific. The only issue was, I had a flat tire on the loaner car on the way to the airport; very early morning. Had to stop and have the spare put on. I understand this was not a dealership issue at all but, was then informed I had to replace the tire as this is not a warranty issue. I did replace the tire but then, a friend told me the same thing happened to him in a BMW loaner and they sent a tow truck and replaced the tire for free. I'm sure these things are different from brand to brand. Overall, service is still above average.

I have purchased two Audis from your dealership in the past two years, but due to where I live in the metropolitan Atlanta area, this was my first visit to your service department. The experience could not have been more positive. Scott, my service advisor, was very helpful and, while waiting, I was greeted by the salesman who assisted me with both vehicle purchases and the finance manager. It's nice to feel a part of your dealership's "family."

The service department did an excellent and timely 5,000 mile service and warranty repair on my 2016 Audi S3. The staff was very pleasant and informative.
