Kevin Eldridge in Service was the key to us buying a car. We were from CT visiting and needed a minor repair. The repair took longer than expected and Kevin accommodated us. I asked Kevin for a sales person recommendation and he introduced me to Kevin Brayboy who was also courteous and attentive without being smothering.

Ron Palcer did a great job getting me in and out promptly and explaining what needed to be done, how much it would cost and when to expect job completion. The only negative was that, although it was great to get a washed and vacuumed car upon pickup (always appreciated) I noticed a filmy area on the outside of the windshield above the VIN area which took me 15 minutes of scrubbing to clean off. It appeared to be a lubricant that Windex wouldn't remove. It's too much of an inconvenience to return the car to get it resolved. Just an F.Y.I. to double check the condition of the car before returning to the customer.

My appointment was right on time. The serviceman, Ron, was pleasant and kept me up to date on the status of my 15,000 mile checkup. The waiting area was stocked with drinks and snacks and a TV to make my wait very pleasant.
