Kevin Fayerweather and the service team really pulled out all the stops to fix a catastrophic battery failure. My S3 is my daily-driver, and their service and helpful attitude got me back on the road the same day.

Tim did a very good job for updating the climate control software. He also answered my question aboud language setting. I think it was a very pleasant experience.

I've never had a bad experience @ JE Audi. Monica and Kevin are great people to deal with!!!! There is a 2016 Audi Q5 with 10,000 miles that I would like to purchase....I was not happy at all with the remaining value offered as trade in for my 2009 Audi...made me do a double take as to how Audi's retain their value!!! The people are great...when it comes to numbers and $$ a lot could be improved to keep the loyal customers coming back (I've had an A4, A6 and Q5 so far over the last 9 years.

Scott was great! Wait was short. Everyone was very nice! My only complaint is I wish your waiting room was larger with more seating. I had an awesome experience. Will return.
