Great help from Kevin!

Friendly and fast for recall on air bags! Very happy! Ron was great!

Received 2 recall notices regarding my Q5, called the dealer, quickly made an appointment and arranged for loaner car. When I arrived everything was organized and ready to go so I was still able to make it to work on time. When work was completed, I received a text (as we had agreed) and swung by the dealership on my way home to return the loaner and pick-up my car. Great experience. And everyone was extremely nice and very professional.

Much better experience than before.... Had to call ahead and make sure available tire was in stock. Still managed to take 2 hours to change a tire as a walk-in.

Kevin did a great job.. because of him I will go to Audi Marietta instead of Audi Atlanta

Excellent service and communication

Scott is simply the best service advisor. Sometimes work takes a little longer but everything is usually done properly in the end. Sometimes however the service advisors don't signout to each other, so it's confusing when you are dealing with another advisor. I, unfortunately, met with Kevin when I tried to pick up my car and he didn't know what was going on so had to return the next day to get my car. His attitude stinks and was the reason I moved over to another advisor. If it wasn't for Scott, I'd likely switch back to Audi North Atlanta, discontinue my lease at the end of the year, and continue with Lexus (we'very been customers with them since 1990). Because there's someone I trust with my vehicle and my time, I'll be sticking with Scott...high marks for him, 10 out of 10. Kevin ruined my day when we last spoke, so he continues to have a 1 out of 10 in my book (actually, im not sure why you have a guy like that represent your brand...are there no other options? The guy's an total sour puss). Workmanship was great, and honest pricing...10 out of 10. Will continue to visit only Scott in the future for my vehicle needs. Thank you.
