Had my brother in search of a new auto for me. Test drove all the luxury SUV's, but ultimately settled on the Audi Q5. He went to all the Audi dealers, but Jim Ellis won out over professionalism, price, and making me feel special! After a little glitch with the payment type, which was a bit of inconvenience little after a trip to the bank, I signed the papers. Very satisfied with my new purchase and the service we received... and loved the big red bow they placed on top of my Q5 as we finished the deal! Definately would do business with Jim Ellis again.

I had a scratch on the right back top fender by the trunk that I asked to be looked at. nothing was done and it was not discussed with my son who bought the car in for service.

Service was excellent. Only complaint would be that while I understood I would be there for hours I did not hear any update from the service person until the service was completed. Would have have been appreciated if at least one update had been given.
