Appointments are booking 8 days out (too long), car was in shop 3 days before I got any updates (too long), and conclusion on diagnostic contradicted the symptoms I reported. I paid the one-hour diagnostic fee and am monitoring the situation, but I don't think buying and programming a new key is the solution. Also, I presented a 20% coupon on service write-up but the discount was not applied at checkout - had to remind advisor. Staff was very friendly and comprehensive multi-point inspection results were informative.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The vehicle in question still has squealing brakes... which was to be corrected during the service.

My salesman Kevin was great and is still being really helpful even now! Great experience with him....disappointed that a part on my car was broken. Wouldn't recommend because of that.

It was very warming walking into the dealership. I met Luke Bialas who was very patient and thorough with my decision on what car I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. He showed me the A4, and once I test drove the vehicle, I was sold. He has such a sweet spirit and I would continue to do business at Jim Ellis of Marietta as long as he's there. AWESOME customer service!!
