The service consultant was uninterested in my vehicle. To the point that after my visit I noticed a vibration during low speeds. This was an indication of tire rotation but when calling in(as I was not informed of a tire rotation) the phone admin confirmed with Scott that my tires were not rotated. Upon further inspection of the invoice my tires were rotated. After calling back and asking for an explanation. Scott could not be bothered to answer and the same phone admin who told me the tires were not rotated I am in utter disbelief that I continue to get lied to by this organization.
