Friendly & efficient. Only negative response was they did not follow instructions for the follow up call & left a msg on home phone when requested a call to work number & did not have my car brought to me @ service entrance but made me walk to the car's parking space.

I brought my Q5 in for two recalls. The Service Dept. and my representative, Scott, is always helpful and just awesome! They repaired the recalls quickly and washed my car. Thanks guys for a great job!

Tim was truly a service professional. I recently relocated to Georgia and am still not familiar with the area. It was surprise when I found out Monday morning that Jim Ellis dealership was a 45 minute drive from my location. Throughout our conversations in the appointment, I thought I was making appointment in the dealership in the Alpharetta area. When I arrived, Tim arranged to have a loaner ready (to my surprise) and I didn't have to make personal arrangements for this service. I enjoyed the extra effort he put in and made me feel comfortable in a bit of stressful situation.
