I first I had Kevin Fayerweather as my Audi Consultant in which at times he was very unprofessional and not accurate with relaying messages about my vehicle that was being serviced. After too many times of miscommunication from Kevin, I spoke with management and I then started working with Mr. Tim Brooks. Tim was amazing and very knowledgeable of my Audi and was in clear communication with me about my A7. Mr. Brooks made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate that.

I don't feel the deal I was presented met my expectations. I was asked if the price and payment got to $600 a month if I would take it today. I said yes, then after 4 hrs could get lower than $687. My wife and 2 year old who was going crazy waited through all of this. I know you need to make money on business. Felt I could have gotten better deal elsewhere.
