Typically when you arrive at service centers there is a greeter or at least someone to guide you in upon arrival. That would be a nice addition here. Service was efficient but no real connection or personal touch.

My Q7 has been in the Audi repair shop more than my own driveway. Many times you call you cannot even get through to a real person. I will have $4,000 in repairs through 4 or 5 months of ownership when this is over. All in the flaws of manufacturing, not user error! Worst auto experience ever!

Usually happy but this time, I was told if the service took more than one hour, I would have a loaner car. No loaners were available so I waited 2.5 hours and had to miss a sales appointment.
