Tim Brooks is awesome. I was to wait during service but needed to run an errand nearby and he arranged dealer shuttle service. My service was done and needs pointed out or addressed.

It was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Ahamed was fantastic and really took care of everything, he had 3 different cars waiting for me to drive and when I ended up picking the SQ5 I felt as though I had all of the information available to make the most informed decision. He never pushed me to make a decision and didn't assume that once I left I would not come back. His ability to work the deal remotely was tremendous and really made it a smooth process. I think I spent a total of two hours at the dealership and drove off in my new SQ5 extremely happy, so much so that bought a 2017 Q7 about a week later.
