I was a little upset that I wasn't informed when my car's 65,000 mile service was completed, I had an appointment at 9:30am and was given a loaner car I ran several errands and returned around 1:00 only to be told if I hadn't received a call that my car wasn't ready by another service tech (Kevin my tech was at lunch). So I stayed in the area for several more hours, I still didn't get a call, I had to call, this caused me to pick up my car far later in the evening than I expected with a 9:30 am appointment and no major car problems. Thus causing me to drive home in heavy evening traffic. Not good

The salesman Vern and Joseph were great and hospitable, however the finance part portion was a tough process and it took at least four hours turning an early day of car shopping into a long exhausting day. Overall my wife is enjoying her wedding anniversary gift, and that what matters most to me.

Purchased a Audi Q7, after waiting so long for the vehicle to be detailed the vehicle was still dirty. The staff promised on my return visit they would have the detailing crew re-clean the vehicle.
