Easy to make appointment, super loaner car, great detail on my car and fast exit. Can't ask for any better.

Kevin is my service adviser and i find him to be very attentive to any concerns that I might have. He is knowledgeable and I enjoy my interaction with him. He tells me how long the repair or maintenance will take. He is outstanding!!!

Excellent service

We had an issue with the paint finish on the car but 24 hours later the issue was resolved thanks to some hard work and desire to deliver customer satisfaction.

Once I got there, the service was great. Timothy Brooks was the person who serviced my vehicle and he was very professional and friendly. Godfrey was the shuttle driver who took me home and picked me up again to get my car and again, he was very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that I had called previously and left a message at the general service number, indicating that I needed to make an appointment and nobody ever called me back. This was consistent with my experience dealing with the over the telephone customer service agents at this dealership and the reason that I cannot strongly recommend this dealership to a friend. It is known in the area for its poor customer service. I have a friend who lives down the street but travels to Roswell/Alpharetta to get her Audi serviced.

Best experience, they went above and beyond the call of duty.
