Ahamed Eboo at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta GA took excellent care of me. If not for his meaningful efforts, positive attitude, and willingness to accommodate my frequent questions and requests the experience could have been not so good. It was extremely difficult to wait over four months for delivery-- ordered on June 29 and took delivery on November 2. I understand that Germany effectively shuts down for August but it was very difficult exercising patience. The wait was indeed worth it. The A4 is fabulous.

Kevin did a great job coordinating things even though the online booking system was difficult to use causing us to not pre-request a loaner car.

If it were not for Kevin Fareweather and his exceptional customer service, then this experience would have received and even lower rating. Kevin by far deserves a 10. He is ALWAYS helpful, pleasant and accommodating. But this is about the second or third time that I have brought my vehicle in for service or repair and had to say something about the vehicle not being washed. This time, my car had been in service for 6 business service days. It was already frustrating to sit at the dealership the entire first day ( Wednesday), only to be told at 5PM, we are getting you a loaner and sending you home. We did not realize this would take all day and sorry...REALLY? So of course when I finally picked up my vehicle on the following Tuesday, after sending word that I was in route, I was stunned that the vehicle was totally dirty. Kevin had stepped out when I arrived, but I quickly said something to Scott (who was checking me out for Kevin) and he got it taken care of. While I was waiting on the car, Kevin returned and saw me waiting and I mentioned that the car was not washed. He seemed extremely shocked, but jumped on it as well. After finally getting my car, and leaving in haste to get to my office, imagine my surprise when I finally looked at the wash job while pumping gas. One entire side of the vehicle looked like it had not been touched. It was so awful that I used the windshield wiper solution at the pump to wet a towel and wipe the car down myself. I did immediately send a message to Kevin regarding my dissatisfaction and said the next time I was in there, they needed to do a better job. I even tried to excuse it by saying maybe they were rushing to get me out or there. Either way, it was unacceptable. And as I have said earlier, this has happened to me more than once so I suppose it can not be excused any further. Other than that experience and on top of the already large expense that I incurred on the repair job itself (which is always the case with AUDI repairs) I was happy with Kevin's service, but not pleased with the overall experience.
