The last time I brought my car in, I was told the next scheduled service would be free and it ended up being over $400.

I came in to get my car serviced. I had an appointment. Unfortunately I had to wait over 20 minutes for my service rep to greet me. I had to call the service department twice after 6:00 to find out the status if my car. When the recommendations came for my car it appears nobody had seen the previous service records. Some of the recommendations had already been done a couple of years ago. My total estimate was over 8800. I realize a lot of the recommendations are needed but after having to wait and call needless to say i was taken back. I go to the dealership for the service and the quality of the work. To have that many recs after paying for a major service in Feb, i was disappointed. I was hoping to find a dealer close to my office that i felt i could trust. At this point i am fairly disappointed in my Audi experience.
