My service consultant Kevin as well as the CRM Taylor were relentless on finding the cause and repairing the issues that kept allowing the EPC light to come on. The repair was timely and communication with me was great. I am very satisfied with this visit and my service consultant.

So my check engine light came on and I went directly to the dealership. To say I was pretty upset would be an understatement as I needed to be on the road to South Carolina. After I finished acting like a child with the first person trying to help me Tim Brooks approached me and offered to take the car back and check it out even though it was after 5 and most technicians had left for the day. Tim, cleared the code, told be what it was and assured me the car was safe to drive, checked the fluids and scheduled an appointment to correct the issue. Bottom-line is this is a classic example of how to diffuse a negative situation and confirm why I bought from Jim Ellis Audi.
