Dropped my car off for the first scheduled maintenance (5000 miles) and a software update for a ECM related recall. I got a loaner vehicle as requested, and the work was done on the same day. Thanks for making it easy

I dropped my car off the night prior for a routine 35M check and a system upgrade related to a recall notice. I was told the service would take a minimum of five hours when I scheduled the appointment. I advised Kevin that I hoped to pick up the car the next day around 4PM - he said this should be doable if there were no problems. I called at 3PM to check on the status - left a message for Kevin. He sent me a text at 649PM, after I was already home, advising me that things would be completed in the am and he would call. by 11:00AM I had not heard from him so I sent a text requesting an update. No response so @ 12:30 I called his cell phone. Finally received a call from him @ 1PM letting me know that my car was ready. I had a loaner so was not inconvenienced - but I live and work on the south side of town so arranging the pickup around traffic patterns was a big concern for me. Would have appreciated more timely updates on what was going on with my car. FYI - Kevin was very busy both when I dropped off and picked up.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Both Ron and Tony as well as the lady at the loaner car desk were highly professional and courteous. Great experience!
