I'll say this. Service was great as always. I did have one little issue. When I dropped in for a checkup, I expected to wait on my car for a couple of hours and then head home. Kevin and his team found some significant issues and so I had to get a loaner and pick up my car in a couple of days. Later that night, I realized that I had left a very valuable item (a watch) in the arm rest. I panicked a bit and started calling everyone I could so that they could secure it. Everyone I spoke with seemed to view it as no big deal and not to worry. And sure enough when I came to pick up my vehicle, the item was still in the arm rest. The fact that the item was still there says something about the team. But also the fact that everyone I spoke with didn't think it would be a problem spoke to the trust that team members have up and down the chain of command. I am fairly certain that if I was at many other dealerships or car repair shops, this would not have had a happy ending for me. Thank you all so much!

I was very frustrated that it took over an hour on Saturday simply to pick up my car. I had spoken with my representative on Friday, who noted that everything would be ready for me on Saturday. When I arrived, it was clear that my file was not ready, and it look about 15 minutes before any who could handle my situation knew what was going on. After that, I was told that the car was ready, but it had not been washed. I was told it would only take 10 minutes for the car to be washed, and so I agreed. It was another 45 minutes before my car was ready. This was extremely frustrating because a) I had 2 small children with me, and b) I had an appointment that I was not able to make due to this delay. With the high cost of service at the dealership, I would expect a more efficient experience, or at least someone concerned about the delay and keeping me posted. Instead, I was made to wait without knowing what was going on. To answer your questions, the service was fine (they fixed what needed to be fixed, but the staff was not helpful in the least.

I had a wonderful experience after experiencing a horrible experience at another dealership. They were courteous and patient with me. After buying the car they walked me through everything and told me I could come back multiple times for refreshers. Made me feel very good about the purchase.
