I was told we would find the issue but there was no guarantee it’d be fixable/affordable. After multiple realignments and rotations at Audi North Atlanta + losing faith in Audi Atlanta for making purchase new tires a week after owning the car, I finally caved.. During my most recent visit I made multiple requests to diagnose the front bushings / struts / bars, etc. because the car felt loose on uneven surfaces and there was a consistent popping or clanking noise. They didnt bother with it. When leaving the dealership I was told to take note of any popping and the severity, as if to say I was clueless cause the mechanics couldn’t find it. Recorded a video of the popping happening while driving under speed limit on uneven surfaces within minutes of leaving the dealership. $1200 repair for damaged rims and a down pipe clamp. Side note - Before this last visit I decided to give a private mechanic a shot at fixing my squeaking brakes. During the diagnosis they showed me the engine mounts were going bad and it was causing the vibration and bumpy ride I had been feeling. They also showed cracked struts and bushings that led to the rough riding. TLDR; So far I have spent more money on repairs than I have on loan installments in 2025. Imagine a private shop finding issues and sharing pictures with detailed explanations versus a video where a guy walks around your car while filming. All parties have been professional but like the Falcons, you can still suck at your job from being lazy or burnt out while still being a professional.
