Made appointment online (easily) with Kay Khim for oil/filter change and repair hatch strut under warranty. All successfully completed in about 1.5 hours. All good.

Technician Stuart Benson was terrific. Knew why I was there, took care of everything and car was ready right when he said it would be.

My service advisor was Robert M. He was attentive, punctual, and very helpful in getting my Q5 service diagnosis and required & recommended services completed. It was an overall efficient process and my car was returned back to me with issues resolved and super clean.

Very pleasant experience while waiting for my recent oil change. It was finished quickly and Amy is always helpful and professional.

Nice experience overall. But I got a bit disappointed from the lady who refused to give me plastic bags which I requested to install on my car seats from my own. Not sure if this is not something Audi doesn't provide to their customers or what but I thought this request shouldn't have been refused.
