10k service on a EV not much to tell I was in and out pretty quickly

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. My only complaint is that a loaner car was unavailable during the appointment. We live 1 ½ hours away, and I thought we would have a loaner. We sat in service for 5 hours and were told we would need to leave the car for the service technician to work overnight.

A very positive and successful car buying process working with Jeff Brueske. Jeff was personable, professional, and ensured the process was both efficient and timely. He went the extra step to take me through many of the options of my Q5, and answered my all my questions as they arose.

Service advisers Stuart and Moin are always the most exceptional and professional. Stuart gets everything squared away. My tech was Will (Asian gentleman) and he came to explain in detail since I had some detailed questions.
