I had a follow-up to a service that was done earlier in the month (Motor mounts replaced)> I noticed a shaking when I would stop at a light. I got a quick appointment and brought the car in. I turned out that one of the mounts had not bee adequately torqued. The problem mas remedied in about 1.5 hours.

I purchased a car remotely from CA. The experience getting it purchased was really easy and smooth along with the dealer setting up Shipping. When the car arrived in California, there were a couple issues, however Audi North Atlanta worked with me and went beyond to resolve all of them. In the end overall it was a very positive experience.
