I've been taking my car here since I bought it in June of 2015. I like the dealership, I really like Kay Khim. She's always been sweet and honest. Honest review: I always used to get a loaner vehicle, even if it was just for the scheduled maintenance based on mileage. I didn't get one this time and it was very inconvenient. I asked Kay for one and it seemed that she was hamstrung on offering one. Without a loaner, I'm going to be taking my service elsewhere. I live about 10 miles/20 minutes from the dealership, so not getting a loaner is very bothersome. I'll change my mind if I'm able to get a loaner every time, but without it it will be a deal breaker for me. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to talk to you about this.

I came in for a quick fix, but they determined that it was mor complex so they provided a loaner car and had me ready to go the next day! Great service as usual.
