I've been taking my car here since I bought it in June of 2015.I like the dealership, I really like Kay Khim. She's always been sweet and honest.Honest review: I always used to get a loaner vehicle, even if it was just for the scheduled maintenance based on mileage.I didn't get one this time and it was very inconvenient. I asked Kay for one and it seemed that she was hamstrung on offering one.Without a loaner, I'm going to be taking my service elsewhere. I live about 10 miles/20 minutes from the dealership, so not getting a loaner is very bothersome.I'll change my mind if I'm able to get a loaner every time, but without it it will be a deal breaker for me.Thanks for giving me the opportunity to talk to you about this.
