went well. only issue was the tire pressure was not reset after rotating tires so the yellow alarm went off shortly after i left to return to gainesville.

Richard dropped off my new Audi at my house instead of us having to come to the dealership (which, with a toddler, was so great!!). Everything was quick, seamless, and easy. Literally the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

A lot more wrong than I expected, but I was kept informed and the problems were visually shown to me. They gave me a loaner, finished the car earlier than promised and found some discounts to keep the price down .
