My experience was seamless. Brought my car in to fix an AC issue. Got a loaner car while issue was investigated. Then got my car back good as new.

Outside of Kay Khim and the impact that a non-five-star review will have on an outstanding service professional, the entire sales and service experience is far from luxury. No Audi loaner vehicles, no responsiveness from any part of the service department (I have had to take time out of my day to make service appointments in person because NO ONE returns email or answers the telephone), and no QA/QC before vehicle return (the latest was a full detail and upon return a missing piece out of my center console which Kay resolved).
