Outside of Kay Khim and the impact that a non-five-star review will have on an outstanding service professional, the entire sales and service experience is far from luxury. No Audi loaner vehicles, no responsiveness from any part of the service department (I have had to take time out of my day to make service appointments in person because NO ONE returns email or answers the telephone), and no QA/QC before vehicle return (the latest was a full detail and upon return a missing piece out of my center console which Kay resolved).

I had to use Lyft to get back to my home. Service representative was great, very knowledgeable. The service was completed much quicker than I had expected. I met with my salesperson Blake several times over two weeks test driving cars under various circumstances. He was unfailingly polite and helpful at all times. In addition, everyone in the dealership that I came into contact with was friendly, greeting my wife and I with smiles. Thank you
