We had an appointment scheduled to ship our Audi Q3 overseas but encountered a recall that if not fixed immediately, would have been bad for us. Fortunately this Audi dealership was on the way to Atlanta from our home in North Carolina and answered the phone really early. Amy, the representative handled our problem immediately and had us drive down that morning and fit us perfectly in the schedule for the day. We drove away, cleaned the vehicle and made our appointment the next morning without any incident. Unfortunately for us, we did not consider Audi North until that day and only used Chattanooga or Asheville for the last few years. Audi north will be our first choice from now on. They had a grass area for our dog to run around and numerous associates came out to say hello and welcome us on a perfect day of weather. We had a fairly smooth experience with the auto leasing purchase of the 2024 S3. We need to have the car delivered and had to wait till the following Monday to get the car and paperwork completed. Overall ok experience.

It was a good visit. The only thing I did not like was the inside of my car was dirtier than before I came in. There were leaves and twigs on the co-driver side
