I needed two tires replaced and there was a recall item that had to be addressed for the alternator which it turned out had also impacted my battery, so both those items needed to be replaced.

Overall it was good. I went in for an oil change and it turned out that much more was needed, but the service department schedule was flexible enough that they were able to do the work needed. When it was determined that I needed a set of tires that were not in stock, I was given a loaner vehicle that I was told would take me through Christmas. My vehicle being ready at 11:30 on Christmas Eve instead of after Christmas Day kind of threw a wrench in my schedule, but it turned out to be okay. Since multiple issues were found, I talked to one of the service advisers who let me know which things were absolutely needed and which were optional, which is good because the bill came to almost $4000, which I was not expecting.

Arrived at 5 pm just looking. Left at 8 pm with 2025 Audi Q5. Had not considered an Audi but #1 they had exterior and interior color combo I liked. Darrell was very patient going over (and over) the features of this vehicle!
