I had a fantastic experience at Audi North Atlanta, and I can't recommend Blake Telihaber enough! From start to finish, Blake was incredibly nice, attentive, and hard-working. He made the entire car-buying process smooth and fast, ensuring I got the perfect Audi Q3. He took the time to answer all of my questions and truly made me feel valued as a customer. The dealership itself was spotless and professional, with a clear commitment to delivering great service. My experience with Kay Khim was excellent she always takes good care of me. I reduced the star rating to 4 because after I picked up my vehicle and got home I noticed water condensation in my front left headlight that wasn’t there before. I called the service dept and Kay was on vacation so another tech (name unknown) wasn’t too helpful. I had just spent under 3k to have my car serviced and didn’t have this issue before and simply asked if the work that was done may have impacted the headlight and the seal? Wasn’t happy with his response and attitude with talking to me….

Everyone in the service department were timely and courteous. My service advisor (Robert Magnus) was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Audi vehicles, particularly my SQ7. He was also concerned about my time and getting me back on the road.

Initially came in to have my 2013 Audi heater fixed. I had brought the Audi for service in August for fixing the heater/aircon, and NA Audi had completed the repair. However, when finally using the heater in December, the heater didn't work, air but not warm/hot. On December visit, NA advised of further repairs on the heater, along with a thermostat replacement. With 103,000 miles on the Audi 2013, I decided to purchase a new Audi, and found the car I was able to purchase from North Atlanta Audi. The NA Finance guy Jay Vaughn was excellent, getting us in and out in a short period of time. We were a little disappointed after receiving our new Audi. The license plate sticker had not been applied, which we had to ask for. Also, the Audi had not been "cleaned" relative to the GPS and telephone. There were old addresses, including the "home" of a person previously using the car, and there were many telephone numbers still in the system. Again, we had expected a "clean, new" car. But, the above were minor problems, overall satisfied.
