It is always a pleasure to pull into the service department (this was not a planned service) and first be greeted by my advisor who knows me by name. All my lights came on earlier in the day (SOS, tires, and such) and would not shut off after multiple starts. My advisor had told me once before to come in the next time it happened. and I did. She immediately scheduled it for a go-over and provided me with a loaner car as it was a Friday afternoon. On MOnday I was told that my car was ready and that at this time there is supposedly a fix on the horizon late Q2 or Q3. And I left.

Excellent customer service during the entire car buying process. Salesman Richard Yam went out of his way towards total customer satisfaction.
