Great customer service. I was kept informed the whole time and not pressured to have unnecessary repairs.

I was greeted by Lance who listened to why I was there. I wanted to test drive an A5 cabriolet with a 4 cylinder engine to see how it compares to the V6 in my current BMW 535. He arranged for me to drive a used S5 Cab with a 6 and a new A5 Cab with a 4. Lance offered a discount from MSRP to buy the new A5. I balked at the price because it exceeded my budget. He quickly told me what he thought the bottom line would be for that vehicle. He valued my trade and the sales manager (Kevin) signed off on a substantially reduced price. I was not yet ready to purchase. I compared vehicles at BMW and had less than a great experience. I have driven a BMW 330 convertible for 8 years, then 535i xdrive for 8 years. So, I was inclined to stay with BMW but Lance and Audi of North Atlanta were so straight forward and genuine that I returned the next day and told them I would buy that day if they gave me a bit better price. They did and I purchased the vehicle.

The experience was great! As a first-timer acquiring a vehicle, Greg Savitt made the experience stress-free and exciting. He was able to break down every step of the process and demonstrated amazing professionalism. We enjoyed our experience with Greg to the point that the whole family wants to work with Greg to get everyone in the family an Audi. About two weeks later, Greg called to check in and to make sure that everything had been going well, he also provided his cell to ensure that I could call whenever I had a question or concern. The customer service was 10/10.
