I had a very pleasant first experience at Audi North Atlanta. Everyone was attentive when engaging with us in some way from the time we entered the service line to the time we walked out the doors. I plan to return in the future.

As always, it was easy to set up our service appointment with Roy (very helpful, as we live 100 miles from Audi North Atlanta). Our SQ5 was in the shop shortly after arrival and the service was finished in the expected time. Our tech Cody notified Roy that we were due for a Brake Fluid Flush Svc, so that was performed while the SQ5 was still in the shop. Everything was done correctly and cleanly as always (great job by Cody) and he joined Roy to provide info on the services performed. The great service provided by Roy and Cody is an important part of keeping our SQ5 in like new condition after 9 1/2 years. Great service, great communication!
