He also explained the features of the A5 very well, and during the delivery process made sure my Audi account was set up and the car was set up how I wanted. From arriving to delivery was approx. 3 hours, which is totally acceptable since I was trading in a car and the A5 I bought had to go through make ready. The finance office was smooth, no surprises or hard selling, just explaining other options I could purchase. Will 100% return to buy another vehicle from Lance and Nalley Audi when the time comes.

I had a great experience despite what brought me there! It’s not a great time having a flat tire and then learning you need a new wheel and it has to be shipped from Germany. You guys were great at getting it done quickly and Kay was fantastic at communicating every step of the way. My car was serviced faster than I expected.
