I had a very good experience. Service rep was polite, courteous, and very helpful. Everyone was attentive and asked if I had been helped. Experience was streamlined, no wait time which was good.

The wait experience overall was good. I was shown several options for where to sit and was able to complete some work at a desk that was free. The part I was not crazy about was the fact that I had to pay $80 or so for labor on fixing a tire that was still under warranty.

Another great service visit to Audi North Atlanta, this time to replace the (original!) battery in our 2015 SQ5. As usual, our Service Consultant Roy was great to work with and since our Tech Jesse (for the last 8 2/3 years) had been promoted, Roy and Jesse picked our new Tech, Cody for this visit and our future service needs. It was a pleasure to meet Cody--super knowledgeable and great to work with, and I look forward to working with him on all our future service needs. All in all, a great service visit, with everything done perfectly and explained very well.
