All the staff members were friendly and pleasant. I appreciated being allowed to have my dog with me. I do think the service on my vehicle should have been done sooner than it was. It took up to an hour for just an oil change. Judging by the few number of vehicles and customer's waiting this seemed to be a long time. It wasen't until I inquired it seemed that the process got moved along.

Had an appointment for 11:20…arrived at 11:15….car was taken for service immediately….I was out the door at 12:38…NOW…that’s what I call great service….Amy Pluger is my service agent and handled the check out flawlessly… she’s the best.
