I can always count on Kay Khim to make sure our Audi is taken care of. The service technicians are very thorough and I like the video recordings as the technician views the car.

The visit itself was good. I guess I'm more concerned about the vehicle itself, it has some sporadical issues that I mentioned to a manager, however, engineers didn't find anything for the second time. I understand that it is hard to troubleshoot for not very often happening issues, especially in the timeframe for servicing the car. Never mind, I'm just a bit not happy when that happens, that is it.

Needed to get a tire replaced and decided to get oil service while in. Had to wait a day for tire as not in stock.

I brought in my car to have a check engine light checked and turned out I need to have my fuel injectors replaced. I was given a loaner vehicle and the car was done over the weekend. It was a smooth process and everyone was nice and helpful.

Amy Pluger was my service advisor and as always she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire visit. I will continue to bring both of my vehicles back to Audi North Atlanta.
