Positive as expected

My experience was fantastic. The service was from drop off to pickup was the best I have ever experienced as a car owner.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic to ensure everything was good for a quick road trip for a funeral. The team checked everything and provided a thorough checklist of items based on priority which helped me determine what I should and could get done immediately and what I needed to plan for. Thank you to Kay Khim for her explanations and help during this visit.

All the issues were addressed

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Waiting area was comfortable. Only 1 thing made me pull a star. I took my Q7 for a multi point inspection because I just bought it and wanted to make sure there were no problems for me to worry about. After my visit, I found out my front camera isn't working? Looking at what Audi charges this will be an expensive disgnosis and repair. This is something I wish I could have been told while I was there.

Kevin was great to deal with from our first text messages to meeting us in person at the dealership. He was straight forward and professional. We look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from Kevin
