Roy was patient and handled a lot of the back and forth with the warranty company. I also appreciated getting a loaner car for the duration of the repair. However, the mechanic that worked on my car should not really be employed there. Got insights into the quality of his workmanship.

Your no loaners for a 5 hour wait is difficult. In addition your coffee maker was not working. Long, miserable wait. Your service personnel were very good. They just follow your rules regarding loaners. And, yes I requested a loaner ahead of time.
