Based on the issue I had with the vehicle, I was determined to never buy an Audi products in the future but this dealership and their employees made me reconsider my position. The North Atlanta dealership and the service manager (Kay) were very professional and went over and above in order to satisfy me with great communication during the entire process.

Came in for 40K service. Everyone friendly. Service took over 4 hours to complete and I had chosen to wait at dealership. Four hours seems too long.
