The service was extremely easy from setting up the appointment to pick up. The work was done well in time. My service advisor(s) were both very polite and helpful. Robert worked with me when I went to drop off the car and Roy helped me when I picked up the car later in the afternoon.

Leah was the bomb! She was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I thought I would not get my car back in one day, Leah had secured a loaner for me, but when I arrived my car was ready AND had just been washed! Wow! Leah rocks!

I had a great experience at Audi North Atlanta! My Audi Brand Specialist, Diego was very knowledgeable, patient and personable! Jay, Finance Director was a pleasure to work with as well. He is certainly "Mr. Numbers Man!" He used his finance skills to get me the best deal possible! The overall atmosphere made me feel like I was purchasing a car while sitting in my living room at home! When I purchase my next Audi, I will definitely return to Audi North Atlanta.
