I had the most wonderful experience of service with Audi North Atlanta recently.Ten days ago, I felt my Audi Q5 power steering was very heavy. On December 4, 2023, I drove with my wife to Audi Atlanta at 11505 Alpharetta highway, Roswell, GA 30076. We were received warmly by Roy first, then fully hosted by Stuart with kindest and incredible outstanding service.First Stuart spent nearly an hour conducting a careful diagnostic inspection on my car. He finally found that the 984531 CPC 1.5 and 8R1-419-753-H shaft don’t work and need to be replaced; meanwhile he suggested us to replace the battery with a new one, because of the long time used battery also affecting the power steering system.Once Stuart and I finalized the repair plan, Mr. Leo was responsible for repairing my car. He was highly skilled, so responsible and very patient. He spent nearly 4 hours replacing the CPC, shaft and battery for my car. Completely fixed my car, driving feels just like a new car. Amazing experiences!To prevent us from being anxious,during repairing, Mr Stuart came to my husband and me from time to time to update us the repairing process. Mr. Leo came to us immediately after he finished the repair and carefully explained the details to us. So touching!In addition, Mr. Maxx came to us for many times and brought us cookies and drinks, so sweet! Mr. Steve helped me and lent me a phone charger. All of these let us feeling so warm.This is the most wonderful service experience I have ever had. Thank very much for all of them. So grateful from heart to Audi North Atlanta. So proud of you!
